's "El Loco" is a lovely, crappy and odd little album that is hidden into the armpit of ZZ Top's back catalog, so to speak. Billy Gibbon's guitar sounds strangely soft, and the whole production and style contrast with their simple blues-rock & boogie-rock from the '70s, and anticipates their '80s AOR-ish sound. Possibly 'Leila' and 'It's So Hard' are the highlights of "El Loco", record.
